We hope that you enjoy your purchase from Amulet Fine Jewellery.
If you want to return it for any reason, please let us know on 01442 879393 within 7 days of receipt, and return it to us within 30 days. You will be entitled to a full refund, excluding postage and packing costs.
Each item is guaranteed against manufacturers defects for 12 months from purchase. This does not include damage from wear and tear, so we recommend that you treat your jewellery with the appropriate care it deserves - this includes keeping it away from harsh chemicals, extremes of temperature, and not subjecting it to stresses and strains.
Delivery Information
FREE UK DELIVERY ON ALL ORDERS OVER £75. UK ORDERS UNDER £75 WILL INCUR A DELIVERY CHARGE OF £4.95.
DELIVERIES OUTSIDE THE UK COST £12.95.
We aim to despatch all orders within one working day. Orders are sent by recorded Royal Mail post and must be signed for. We cannot guarantee delivery time, however, we do expect your item to reach you within 5-10 days of the order being placed; Royal Mail afford themselves 28 days to deliver items - if your order has still not arrived after this time please contact us on the number above.
If you require urgent delivery please do not hesitate to contact us on the number above, and we will do what we can to ensure your delivery; urgent deliveries will incur extra shipping costs.
Stock Policy
Although we hold a comprehensive level of stock, on occasions it may be necessary for us to obtain the item to fulfil your order - we aim to despatch these orders within 2-3 working days. These items are ineligible for our express delivery service.
