We adhere strictly to Distance Selling Regulations as applicable in the UK. If you choose to return your item for any reason, please let us know within 7 days of receipt, in writing to sales@amuletfinejewellery.com, and you will be entitled to a full refund, excluding postage and packing costs. We will initiate your refund immediately upon return of the item, which we request to receive within 30 days; we strongly recommend that you send your item via a recorded service - if for any reason we do not receive your returned item and you have not retained proof of posting, we regret we are unable to initiate the refund.
PLEASE NOTE THAT EARRINGS ARE EXCLUDED FROM OUR REFUND POLICY, AS ACCORDING TO UK DISTANCE SELLING LAW, UNLESS FAULTY OR DAMAGED. If you receive faulty or damaged earrings, please advise us immediately, attaching a photographic record if possible.
Each item is guaranteed against manufacturers defects for 12 months from purchase. This does not include damage from wear and tear, so we recommend that you treat your jewellery with the appropriate care it deserves - this includes keeping it away from harsh chemicals, extremes of temperature, and not subjecting it to stresses and strains.
