We have reviewed and updated this Privacy Policy to adhere to the 2018 GDPR. We have also reviewed and amended our internal policies to satisfy the new regulations. This privacy policy covers what we do with your data, and what your rights are.

What do we do with your information?

When you purchase something from our website or in-store, as part of the buying and selling process we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address, telephone number and email address, as well as the products you have ordered and viewed. We store this information forever, information dated older than five years may be deleted.

When you browse our website, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system, and how you use our website.

Email and text marketing: Only with your explicit permission, we may send you emails about our company, such as new products, special offers and other updates.

Where do we store your information and who do we share it with?

We store this information on our website, which is secured by 128 bit encryption. We also store this information on our internal systems, which use industry-standard security systems to protect your data.

Cookies

If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

How do you get my consent?

We will only send you marketing material if you explicitly opt-in to receive this.

Payment

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then it is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data may be stored by the third party that is handling the payment.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Third-party Services
